it was fairly clean, the staff was kind and good, plus the service was amazing. booked wheelchair accessible room with twin beds, fridge, as example, which i really appreciated. an electric kettle and refrigerators were available too. the location was great, to vincom centre, in the nice area.

The unit is spacious and has been newly renovated, featuring twin beds. 🛏️.

I've booked double room and everything was brand-new. It had basic facilities you needed, climate control, a minibar, and an electronic key card...

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel; it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. the location is fantastic, conveniently placed next to major museums and attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, right in the Asian district. the service was outstanding. I stayed for just one day and wished I could have extended my visit; I would undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

Clean place with pleasant views and favourable and handy location in walking distance to pretty much all sights. Had newly renovated room and a perfect 10/10 stay for three nights. Staff was friendly and fabulously friendly, and facilities were great here.

The hotel's decoration was beautifully done, with a touch of elegance and charm. The cozy and comfortable seating areas in the lobby were a welcome sight after a long day of exploring. Being a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was for me - the elevators were easy to use, and there were handrails in the hallways for support.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. The children working there seemed preoccupied and didn't always offer assistance when needed.
